I wanted to gauge how intricate the various books were and how small the design lines. I'm getting up there and the books for large markers are much easier for me to color.I'll probably buy all her large print style design books. I didn't really like this very much. I am NOT saying that this is a bad coloring book. This is a sampler that shows the different types of books that she has out. I have seen her books on here but I have not been drawn to them and I thought that this sampler would help me to decide if i wanted to try one of the books. The concept of this book is to have a page from each of her books. There are a few that I liked but there are more that I wasn't feeling but in a weird way I kinda liked that about this book. It was great to have a sampler to let me know that this particular line of books just isn't for me. It is nice, there are some great pictures to color but they just aren't for me but they may be the exact thing for someone else. I think more companies need to do this because it would make it easier to discover if you like a company or not....So while this wasn't for me, I still think that this is a great book for other people! Angie herself posts pages she's colored & her current WIP to the group at least 2x/wk, and the work you see here done by members is inspiring and will absolutely confirm why you SHOULD order this & other Angie Grace books. Note that she publishes & prints exclusively through Amazon, so you won't find her books as B&N, BAM, Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc.My only complaint is that I wish the pages were of a slightly heavier paper stock. Images are one sided & the paper used in the book is sufficient enough to hold markers such as Bic Mark-Its, Sharpies, Prismacolor, Coptic & Crayola.
