I’ve been doing this for over 25years. I brought a pair of these sliders mainly because I looked on YouTube saw a few workouts and thought to myself that this will be something a bit different. It’s different alright. These things tear you to pieces !! They will give you a proper real hard workout. Some of the exercises I can barely get more than 2 or 3 reps out and I’m busted !! These sliders will give you a hardcore workout if you use them to their best effect. They are cheap they take up hardly any space they are lightweight but best of all they are effective.
