On a second page there is space to record more in depth notes and tips you might want to remember and also alternative postures. A really great little buy!
This book is a real godsend for easy yin yoga class planning. It would make a great gift for any yoga teacher and is well worth the money.

Perfect journal
A very well laid out journal to create my Yin experiences and classes. I love how I could create a 45, 60, 90 min class on the same page. Plus laid out classes work very well for me, the poems are a very nice extra.

Not what I expected. More like a notebook!
Intended using for planning classes, pretty useless really, seen much better .

It has ZERO pictures
I was very surprised that it has ZERO pictures. I wanted to plan sessions for myself at home with pictures. It might be good for a teacher but for personal planning of a non-teacher person. I'm sure it's good for that. Should description mention that or not?

Excellent class planners
I am so glad I purchased these, they are high quality and perfectly organized to help with planning your classes. The cover is buttery soft, which I love. I will continue to purchase and share them in my workshops. They’re so reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a planner I suggest this one!
