Great purchase!
This TENS machine was great during the early stages of labour. It was easy to use and helped me manage pain well when my contractions started. The timer function is incredibly useful too. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking vaginal birth and starting labour at home. I used the instructions booklet as well as looking up videos on YouTube ahead of my due date so I was comfortable with its functionality when labour did start.

Very helpful during labour!
I know TEN's machines are effective for me having used them in the past for my back.I used this right from the first contractions and used it throughout my labour, building up the intensity with as the contractions increased. Worked brilliantly.Pads stayed on and lasted well.I bought this instead of renting on so I'd have it for my next pregnancy and for my back. I've since sprained my back and this has allowed me to come off the pain killers quicker and keep mobile.The rotating clip and neck strap work well. The whole thing is nice and easy to use and I loved the built in contraction timer.
