It was easy to use and helped me manage pain well when my contractions started. The timer function is incredibly useful too. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking vaginal birth and starting labour at home. I've since sprained my back and this has allowed me to come off the pain killers quicker and keep mobile.The rotating clip and neck strap work well.
