A: It should only be used for walking the dog or training. Never leave a training collar all day.

**Q: There is no option available to choose a size, although 4 sizes are listed in the photo. which size will i get if i order this m, l, xl or king?**
A: Mine fits a large German Shepherd. Hope that helps. You ought to be able to remove prongs with this style collar-making it smaller.  I think it came with a few extra prongs to make it bigger. So maybe they mean that by taking away or adding prongs it will fit all those sizes.
