It is so compact and convenient, it has all the tools I need to keep my bills of lading in order and easy to submit to payroll. Comes with a good supply of mini staples & tape refills too! It fits great in an outside pocket of my travel purse easily. The only drawback is the scissors are very tiny and do not cut well, but I do keep shears in the tool box for real cutting jobs.
