Good quality paper to write on. using biro, no bleeding through. use both sides. outer case is good thick plastic which protects the pages. paper easily moves on the rings. lots of pages, so can last a while. I use it at work and is really handy with a discreet date on top right of page where you can enter the date when you are writing notes.

Great notebook for a variety of uses. Colour , front and back binding are of high quality. Likewise for the actual pages inside, glad to see that pens do not bleed through onto the reverse sides. I usually have problems with ringbound books but this one causes no issues and is easily written around! The extra ruler and neon page tabs that come with it are also a nice touch as well as the fabric bookmark. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cheap but high quality notebook for studying. :)
