Plenty accurate enough for my postal needs with a large enough max weight that I don't feel like I'm pushing the scale to its limit. Super easy to use and read display. Love that it can be mounted separately at a viewing angle that suits my needs. I would not recommend placing anything directly on the top of the scale platform. It's a relatively thin and slippery surface. Instead, I added a thin layer of self-adhesive neoprene rubber to the surface. Now things stay put, and there's a bit of cushion on top of the metal. If the scale is still functional and accurate in a couple years, I'll be a very happy camper.
