Great for stretching and assisting wuth pullups. Good quality bands. They do smell rubbery when new but goes away after some use.

These bands are great! Doesn’t feel cheap and works really well.I highly recommend you get this set and the lightest band as well. (That one doesn’t come with this set.) GET BOTH!!

This was exactly what I was looking for! I use these things everywhere I go for a quick workout! The 3 pack is a steal. The band's are very thick and strong. I hope I don't have to buy another set but if I do, I'll be coming back for sure!
