Training Tie Down - Short Tether for Dogs & Teething Puppies (4 feet)

This tether is the perfect weight and length for use as an indoor furniture tether. It has a loop at one end with the crimp completely encased in rubber so there is nothing to rub on the leg of my table. It's quieter than a tether with a snap on both ends. I use the double snap tethers but much prefer the loop for furniture. If I were to need a snap at both ends I could easily add one. Very well made. I would buy this product again.

A bit pricey BUT work so well. This the 2nd one I've purchased. I am a foster home for an animal rescue group and work part time at a doggie day care. I use them as a drop lead for new dogs that are shy and/or fearful. These leads are very light weight, very durable and easy to clean. They allow you to easily & safely interact with the pups . They really help minimize the stress they are experiencing from being in an unfamiliar situation and new place

Your dog cant chew this up! We tethered our puppy indoors and outdoors to help with training and regulating emotions, after chewing through three leashes we got this and it works perfect.

I am teaching my puppy the command "place," which is to send him to a doggy bed where he is out from under foot. This tether is perfect for that as it prevents him from wandering off before I have given him his release word but still allows him enough room to reposition himself as needed. He is quite the chewer, and this tether is holding up just fine.

I have owned a different style which was similar to a seat belt. The previous style somehow got cut and eventually tore in half. This happened four times. The Last Leash is nothing more than a vinyl coated cable with a clip on each end. That being said it should be much more durable. It easily clips to the tether for a child's car seat. It seems very well made. My only complaint is that is seems overpriced for a foot long cable with a clip on either end.

I have a husky that I recently adopted and I like to let her free roam in my fenced in yard. Unfortunately, she doesn't always come when I call her or if I try to get her, sometimes she runs all around the yard and I can't grab her. With this short tie out cable, I can leave it on her while she hangs out in the yard and if she doesn't come to me, I can easily grab onto this tie out cable and bring in her inside. I also love that she can't chew it up, which hasn't been an issue anyway because it's so lightweight that she barely notices that it's even on her. Great product!

Good strong cable that I wrapped around a big post then attached a cable to it so the dogs couldn't tie themselves around the post. good value for the money. easy to install and attach to itself. Seems to be tough enough to prevent dogs from chewing them up. Strong cable for 80 lb dog or bigger. The attach grip is heavy duty.

Lasted 3 days. My dog pulled a little too hard trying to chase a squirrel and the buckle snapped off. The actual wire seems durable but the buckle to attach to the harness/collar is cheap.

The size of the buckle/clasp is totally disproportionate to the size of the leash itself. The leash is lightweight and very skinny, which is great, but the buckle is huge and heavy. My puppy is 100 lbs, and I find the buckle/clasp too large and heavy. I think it would be super heavy for an actual, small puppy and definitely not appropriate for a small breed dog. I have this in the 4 ft and 6 ft lengths. My puppy DOES still chew this and has done some damage to them- but then again, he's huge.

Delivery was very fast and the tethers did exactly what we needed them to do. Keeps the dogs secured by the black clip of their harnesses whilst allowing them to move and not become entangled as the swivel clip stops the tether shortening up as they change positions. As expected 1 of the dogs did attempt to chew (he's a monkey) which made a mess of the outer plastic coating (only to be expected given he's a staffy) but the inner steel cable survived albeit a little crooked lol. I will mire than likely purchase another just for aesthetic reasons and hope this time he will not bother with the 'can I escape' routine ++++
