Arrived on Friday the 9th.- Solidly built, higher quality materials used than expected; looks really nice- Good light bulbs and 2 extra ones were included- I like the electronic "touch button" (don't know how to say that) on the mirror that turns the lights on and off and can also dim them (2 settings of brightness) - very easy to use- there is a clock on the mirror too..at the bottom- I like the circle on the lower third of the mirror that is a magnifying mirror so you can see close up.- It's a good size, not too big not too small- The whole mirror can tilt so you adapt it to your needs- It's heavy enough to not fall over but not too heavy to move" ### ⭐ UPDATE Below .... No way to contact the seller.Overall a good product. I'm very pleased.We did upteen many of my daughters brushes, the next day 10+ of mine. Tool still had a good charge.Downfalls, more sizes of the holders for the brushes available and able to buy replacement pieces if one gets torn etc. We did notice that brushes do become much cleaner much faster if you use an actual brush cleaner than the usual diy version of brush cleaner. Foundation brushes will take longer to clean. But the dry time is amazing ! I like that it is rechargeable via a USB, and it dries the brushes so fast! Also, the liquid that they provide with the machine is awesome! Unfortunately, I had to use most of it on one of my liquid foundation brushes because it hadn't been cleaned in months, but when I finished, the brush was super soft and like new again, with no trace of makeup! I tried to find just the liquid to order again but I wasn't able to find it, so I ended up buying the Ecotools cruelty free brush cleanser...
