I purchased the Master Lock Chrome Hasp Lock (Heavy Duty) to secure my shed, and it has exceeded my expectations. This hasp is very solidly built, and the construction feels heavy‑duty and secure. It was a bit larger than I expected, and because of its width, I had to add blocking behind it so it as it extended past my 2×4 door trim. One important detail: although the title lists the finish as chrome, it is not a true chrome finish. The surface looks more like a painted silver rather than polished chrome. The hasp does not include mounting hardware or a lock. For installation, you’ll need six 3/8‑inch carriage bolts (length depends on your setup), along with matching nuts and washers. I paired it with the Master Lock 6271KA 2‑7/8" ProSeries Reinforced Hidden Shackle lock, which I purchased separately, and the two work perfectly together.

This was a nice quality set but I had to return it and get a bar lock because of the angles on my trailer. Good quality item and would have loved to use it otherwise.

Heavy duty, will definitely serve its purpose.

Puck Lock hasp works great. Unfortunately it does not come with ⅜ carriage bolts, so don't expect to receive any. Very sturdy and worked perfectly to lock up my cab doors.

Re-made it so the heads of the carriage bolts are hidden under the lock

I have one of these hasps and the Master round lock installed on a steel door at my remote hunting camp. it is the most secure lock and hasp that I could find. Someone tried to gain entry to my camp and beat on the lock and hasp with a hammer or some other steel tool. They put a few dings on the lock and hasp but never got in. I didn't even have to replace either the hasp or lock. A few tips, use 3/8" carriage bolts of the appropriate length ( allow for the thickness of the material being bolted to and the washer and nuts), carriage bolts are the ones with round heads that can not be removed from the outside. You may need a backer plate on the inside depending on the material that you have drilled through. A very secure heap and lock system.

Big metal plate wanted this one instead of the one that the master lock actually fits in as this is easier to get a replacement lock, looking to secure some thing this is the kiddie

Very solid. ***Make sure you order the correct lock diameter for this hasp. I have a bad feeling this hasp is too small for the locks I’ve ordered. I assumed it was one-size-fits-all-puck-locks. It looks small to me. I’ll soon find out...
