Stretching Strap with Loops, Non Elastic Stretch Band for Physical Therapy

This stretching strap has been a great addition to my workout routine, as I often forget to stretch (and desperately need to do more)! It’s very sturdy and made from non-elastic nylon. I especially like the numbered loops, which help me stretch in a more controlled way and keep my grip even on both sides. The carrying case is super convenient and makes it easy to throw in my gym bag and take with me. Overall, I’m very happy with it and excited to keep using it.

This product was recommended to me by my chiropractor. It is such an amazing and versatile product. The band comes with a booklet that gives you some common stretches you can do with the band. I apparently hadn't been stretching as well as I thought; as soon as I started using this, I was humbled. The color scheme of the product is ok; I wish they had other options available. The band is super sturdy, and the length is perfect because you can adjust your grip and grip a more intense stretch.

After using this for about a month. My impression is that this is a quality product. The stitching for the loops are substantial and the loops are large enough that I can get my size 14 4E foot into the bottom loop. The nylon strap does not stretch. The strap is long enough that it works with my 6'3" height. I think it was worth the few extra dollars to get the value. I have not used a lot of the instruction booklet yet, but it was a nice surprise and seems fairly comprehensive.

I purchased this strap to help with stretching and it works great. I love that it is well made and the loops are large enough to easily fit over your shoe. The strap is thick and feels very sturdy so it certainly feels stable when in place. There’s nothing in particular that really differentiates it from other straps with the same style except that the strap itself and stitching feel more substantial which is the basis for why I gave it four stars. I definitely recommend this strap; it’s as advertised and is working great.

I’m in therapy twice a week for chronic bursitis and lower back pain, and this strap has been great. I use it both at home and during my sessions. It's doing the job in helping stretch my muscles and it's holding up very well.

Had a arm and shoulder blade muscle pull for a month. Icing wasn't enough and my brief movements were not helping. Once I bought this I am immediately feeling 60% better. Went online to find more stretches. I'm using it 3xs a day. So relieved and happy. Will use daily before work, after and before bed and I ice after too

Great quality, has six loops for finding the right length for stretching. I used it on my hamstring. Feeling better already.

Strap is ok. There was no bag or exercise guide included as stated in the description, disappointing!
