The machine is worth every penny. ### ⭐ Great machine, Bad supplier. *by J***N on 18 July 2019* When the machine arrived I could tell that it had been opened before. The tray was hanging off, the accessories were loose in the box and a European plug! THE NEEDLE THREADER WAS DETACHED AND FLOATING AROUND THE BOX! My friend bought one from her local shop and it was packed perfectly with temporary tape for protection (this is obviously how a new machine is supposed to look). Mine had none meaning not only had my machine been opened it had been used also. If it had not been for my friend's machine I would be blaming JUKI. I bought one (actually the special DX-2000) It was perfect.
