I watch a few baking shows and they are often using passion fruit. I wanted to try it. I tried the Tiptree lemon curd and enjoyed it, so thought I'd try their passion fruit curd. It did not disappoint! It is tart, tangy and sweet all in one. Lovely flavor. It's very good on yogurt and shortbread cookies, and simply "off the spoon." I will purchase this again.
