Later in the day I went ahead and took 3 tsp. and this is where I noticed a monumental change. Thoughts seemed to arrive more slowly. My movements became just a little slower also, which allowed me to fall into a kind of walking cleaning meditation staying in the moment and thoughts were focused on what I was doing at the moment.
