THE LUNCH BAG IS ZIPPER SEALED AND THE ZIPPER IS QUALITY SO I’M CONFIDENT IT WILL LAST AND HASN’T SNAGGED OR GOTTEN STUCK YET. THE LUNCH BAG IS INSULATED AND WITH A ICE PACK (1 OR 2) CAN KEEP FOOD COOL FOR AT LEAST 5-6 HOURS. COULD POTENTIALLY CHILL FOR LONGER BUT THAT’S THE AMOUNT OF TIME I’VE EXPERIENCED AS I PACK MY LUNCH AROUND ~6AM AND EAT ABOUT NOON—GIVE OR TAKE. THE LUNCH BAG IS NOT AS TALL AS I EXPECTED EITHER. THE BAG IS NEARLY AS TALL AS THE PAPER LOGO ON A STANDARD WATER BOTTLE. ALL IN ALL, I’D RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AS IT’S AESTHETICALLY ENJOYABLE AS WELL AS PRACTICAL. FITS A SANDWICH, CHIPS, PIECE OF FRUIT AND A DRINK EASILY. NOT AS GOOD AS AN INSULATED COOLER (YETI STYLE PRODUCT) BUT KEEPS THINGS COOL ENOUGH TO ENJOY BUT NOT NECESSARILY COLD.—IF THAT MAKES SENSE. :)

I love my new lunch box! It's more of a cream color with black speckles and cute strawberry prints all over it. I know a lot of people are complaining about the size of the lunch box, but for me it is the perfect size! I can pack my main meals in it and there's room for an ice pack and my wooden utensil set. I'm not packing large portions, typically just: ziploc with mini peppers and cucumbers, a small-medium sized Tupperware of my meal-prep for the week, a cheese stick, a baggie with fruits, another one with a handful of almonds or other nuts and my ice pack with my utensil set. Everything fits nicely and isn't overstuffed. I don't typically put a drink in my lunchbag because I carry a separate 40oz waterbottle :) Overall, it's exactly what I was looking for, and I love it!

Cute but don’t get it wet. It has some sort of coating and if the water gets through it stains. It’s also really tiny so you have a small lunch.

Very stylish lunchbox that I got for my wife as a gift. While it was a bit smaller than expected (my fault for not reading the size properly), there is still plenty of room once we purchased some smaller and better fitting containers. It isn't the sturdiest lunch package so I would recommend using either glass containers or not putting it in a bag where your things can get crushed. Other than that, she loves it and uses it daily!

Daughters love the pattern and this is very well made. Perfect size for our lunches.

I love this lunchbox, but it is so small! Even my smallest Tupperware that I pack my lunch in barely fits, I have to turn it sideways and risk it spilling (it has not spilled yet). That plus a small yogurt and my icepack in the bottom. It does travel well, and it keeps things cool, but would not buy again, due to the size.

I read the reviews that it was kind of small and I honestly don't mind at all. I pack relatively small lunches so it was a good fit, pretty snug. You can see that I can pack my main lunch,(green Tupperware) a snack, and my water bottle. Plus I place my ice packs on the bottom and top of the lunchbox to keep it cool. If I don’t have my water bottle I can also squeeze a small bag of chips in. And there is plenty of rooms for small stuff like cheese sticks, jello and small snacks. Overall I'm really glad that it holds so well, my water spilled but it was okay and super easy clean up. I keep my lunchbox in the car and living in Texas it doesn’t hold THAT well of insulation but it holds it long enough to keep my lunch cool. Love it Love it love it. My mom loves my lunchbox. lol

Design is cute but I don’t love the quality. The zippers were not sewn in a consistent way and the construction was not super well done.

I’m in love with this bag! It’s so cute and holds everything that I need. I’ve seen a lot of complaints that the bag is small. One solution to counteract that is to invest in a bento box. I use the MonBento box and this bag is the perfect size for that! I’m able to put in my bento, soda, and some snacks which is plenty of food for me. Kate Spade should really think about making these kinds of lunch bags again since they’re getting so popular because of TikTok.

I am upset I didn’t read the reviews before buying this product. This lunch bag is way too small for me to use as a lunch bag. So disappointed. Unless you only eat an apple for lunch, I would not recommended this product!!!!
