I didn't know my level when I used the test so really have to trust the result is accurate. It is said to be certified but unsure by whom.A big blob of blood is required, not quite an armful, but hard to squeeze out enough. Someone who doesn't bleed easily might have a problem especially if hands are cold. Make sure you have a time piece with a second hand as timing is a narrow range. If you mess it up then unfortunately you will need another kit.
