I've been removing it and putting the seat back in several times. My lovely baby doesn't really like the seat so now we are using the mat without it. **Q: How wide is the actual seat part out of the mat please? Our bath tapers in and might be too small** A: We have a P shape bath and I use it in the narrow end to avoid the taps at the wider end of the bath. I would imagine your bath would not taper in any more than the narrow end of my bath so would suggest it would be fine **Q: Can you use this with a toddler the opposite side to the baby?
