Can't say enough about how awesome it is to have an all in one space saver appliance that does a great job with all the functions it advertises. I have been using mine for almost six months and find it durable, attractive, easy to clean, blades are sharp and ice is crushed perfectly every time. I really appreciate the option of having the single serve cup vs having to clean / pull out the big pitcher every time I want a smoothie...this is a huge factor in how frequently you'll want to use it / truly makes healthier diet choices more accessible!

This is your one stop device for all things blended, chopped, smoothied etc. the functionality is great. The intelligence feature is impressive, it predicts what I’m doing with about a 99 percent accuracy. It’s very versatile, I have used it for smoothies, cake batter, salads etc. compared to other devices the value for the money is exceptional. Now here’s a couple of issues… blades are sharp! I’ve cut my finger twice now, well the second time did not involve any blood. The blades are not that easy to clean, however the rest of the device is simple to wash an thank goodness the blades can be taken out. The other issue is …. Loud! My morning smoothies have been relegated to afternoon smoothies as I have to wait until every one is up.

This is a BEAST of a system. 1800 wats of power should be enough for any job you throw at this thing. Everything was packed well and was an easy job to assemble. Looks incredible and the lid is great. After using the blender it was easy to clean up. Not sure how the plastic would hold up but as long as you don’t abuse it it should be fine. Overall very impressive system.

WOW! This thing is fabulous. My Blendtech never really worked for most of my needs (too big and HARD TO CLEAN and did not blend very well!!!) and extra parts were SO EXPENSIVE. And it was LOUD. After hardly any use (660 on the display) it started to smell like burnt bearings or burnt motor. It had no food processor, nor slicer, no grater! No small cup blender. No kneader for dough. My Other gizmos had to be pulled out for most of my jobs. Frankly the Ninja set could even replace my stand mixer! This thing does most everything and can stay out. It is POWERFUL. I love the automatic pulse sensor for smoothies for ”pause and settle” time between pulses. Everything is built to last, VERY STURDY! (ie. much thicker containers, powerful base)! Making my soy-cashew dairy free yogurt is a breeze! It makes the soaked cashews blend to CREAM (unlike my old Magic Bullet)! The noise level is not harsh nor high like the Blendtech. My only caveat is that it is TALL and I have to keep the base on a pull out tray to use the blender or the food processor/slicer because I cannot store them under my upper cabinet with either the tall blender or food processor attachment in place ready for use. I must pull the tray out from under the cabinet to use them. But the very sturdy and generous cup smoothie blender fits in the base under the cabinet just fine for everyday storage and use and that is what I use most days. The (very sharp) blades remove from the containers for easy washing/rinsing. It is very easy to assemble and use. So basically this Ninja is replacing 4 countertop appliances. It is the best Mothers Day gift ever for someone who cooks.

I got this blender to replace the 20+ year old blender that I had before. I saw a lot of decent reviews for this one and I thought it would be a great buy for the price. I was very pleased with the blender at first, but after a few months it started to act up. For example, the "Modes" button no longer works. I was willing to let that one slide because I rarely used that option. But recently the little cup blender has been acting weird: When I use it, the blades stop for a second and then they push forward violently. I didn't realize that this would be a problem until today. As I was using the cup blender, the blades got stuck and then they violently forced themselves forward, this caused the cup to open and all the liquid poured into the engine. The cup itself was stuck so I couldnt twist it out like I normally would. It took a lot of effort to make the cup release from the engine. Although the blender still seems to function normally, I am now hanging the blender up so that the liquid inside can drip out and dry. I've never imagined that I'd have so much problems with a blender. It should not be malfunctioning after a few month's use, especially since I only use it to make smoothies, I do not even use it for frozen fruit or ice. I'm not sure what safety features are inside of this blender but if the liquid got into the electrical components, it could have electrocuted me. Ninja should look into this before someone gets hurt.

So far, it's been an awesome experience. I am so impressed with this product... very strong, less noise, and above all, it's indeed a multipurpose device... Love ❤️ it...
