Joint pain is pretty much non-existent. I am presently taking just half the recommended dosage with an occasional normal dose for the day and will continue this till the end of time. PLEASE NOTE: I did have a significant reaction with caffeine taken in the afternoon (dark chocolate) I didn't sleep well at all that night so now I limit caffeine to a small amount only in the early morning and take this supplement only in the evening. The reaction I had seems to be supported by some research I found on the Internet showing evidence that curcumin inhibits a liver enzyme that processes/removes caffeine from the body. It's extremely effective. The price is pretty expensive though, perhaps because of the manufacturing process.
