Can't get it to work - plain and simple - well, not the device!

I've been trying since I received it to get it to work with no success. I can download the app but it's useless when the device does not work.It doesn't even register that I've plugged it into my phone. I was going to return it but discovered I'm outside the return window so I have a useless device. Money down the drain! Interesting that it's no longer available to purchase. Hmm. Very suspect! Very disappointed!

Perfect for my iPad

So far I love this photo stick. I'm not tech savvy and I needed to get a video off my iPad to my computer. I searched and read reviews and decided to try IMKAR 1TB. There is an app to download but it's quick and my video loaded to the stick in no time. There are instructions but I didn't need them. I love ❤️ the push end feature..remove the stick from iPad and push the USB out the other end to go directly into my computer. If you need something for your iPad or iPhone I recommend this photo stick.
