If your resistor is connected across the two input screws of a process meter, the meter will read "-50C" to "100C" for minor adjustments, there is a "zero" and "span" on the transmitter. **Q: What are the two adjustment potentiometers for?** A: One is the offset adjustment and one is the range adjustment. They have icons to show which is which. The offset should be set so that you get a zero degrees C reading with iced water. Then the range should adjusted so that you get 100 with boiling water.
