Here he shows his strengths in the face of this horrible illness, by learning to laugh at his misfortunes,symptoms, and situation. I admire that ability. Obvious to anyone who knows what sarcasm is, and has seen his character of Squiggy, the title is supposed to be stupid sounding. Dave clearly comprehends that no one "catches" MS. This is a title not meant to insult or misinform, but rather to celebrate his most well known characters having been stupid in that way. It is something Squiggy would have said, that's all. People who are upset any the title, clearly misunderstand the reason behind it. Dave has had a difficult battle with his health. He keeps a funny outlook, and also educates himself as he goes along, and I think this story would really cheer up many MS sufferers, and others who just want to know alike. This is an easy read, written in a simple way so that people if of various vocabulary levels will all understand. It is not a bunch of technical jargon, Dave does not try to sound like he knows it all. This is supposed to be a light read, about a serious illness and topic,meant to cheer up and give humour to a dread circumstance.I really liked that. If you cannot find humour in a bad situation, this may not be for you. However, I can, and this was for me.
