If this happens you just have to find a way to deal with it… adding felt or rubber feet to the offending corner, a rubber floor protector, a small piece of shim. It’s also always a good idea to tighten everything au at the end. However, with this build, I’d tighten everything in the top box, then attach the base, and then tighten that up.
