Even though I'm a 'chocoholic', I love the vanilla even more. It's really filling, at least for me, and I've lost 12 lbs. in the last 2 months....from 140 to 128. It's no 'magic bullet', you have to make other changes, too (I still give in to the Dairy Queen every now & then & an occasional big ole tenderloin....not depriving myself helps a lot, I'm not going 'cold-turkey on ANYTHING!! :-) )...but this makes a great meal for me. I know some have said it was too sweet for them, but I actually ADD sweetener....LOL...the Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia (in Chocolate & Vanilla) that I also bought on this site...it really makes it good! It has some other questionable ingredients and it tastes way too sweet. I am so disappointed. The only reason I ordered it here was I thought I would get it sooner. I could have saved a couple of dollars and will only order it from the life extension website from now on.
