They're great for people who don't know how much a dash of an ingredient is, too--ever run into someone who thinks a dash of red pepper means add half a teaspoon of flakes because that's what looks right to them, then complains that the dish is too spicy and inedible, or that the flavor of the mustard overpowers everything else in the BBQ sauce?I first discovered mini spoons like this existed back in 2016 when my then-roommate had a set, but hadn't yet managed to find a set of my own when I had the budget to purchase them. And I want a second set for measuring out pigments for creating my own paints!This particular set is a fairly sturdy stainless steel, though they do have some flex to them; however, I've had metal normal-sized measuring spoons which bent easier than these. Each is clearly labeled with the size and the historical measurement name (drop, smidgen, pinch, dash, and tad); they're embossed into the steel, so they won't wear off for decades. I do wish they'd rubbed enamel into the embossing to create higher contrast, but again, that's a minor thing--these will still be legible for years to come. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very useful *by I***H on Reviewed in the United States on 1 August 2022* I have all sorts of measuring spoons and this "mini" version is really helpful.
