It's almost too big to fit in my microwave (average size) and I have to take it out and refold it to get it warm all over. It also is very heavy and cumbersome to try to use behind my back if sitting up. Also weighty used as a leg throw. I would have shipped it back, but the the cost, because of the weight, would have been about half the price of the refund.
