Review: Buy this! - I NEVER leave reviews, so the fact I'm leaving one now shows how good this device is. Make no mistake! It is a miracle and well worth the money. I have chronic achilles tendinitis due to high arches, weak core and being overweight. I'm really trying to fix myself and after 1 session with this thing I felt great. My calves are so tight which is causing so many problems. It really does hurt to use for the first few times but we'll worth the time and effort
Review: Love this tool! The only thing that would make it better is of there was a quick adjust tensioner to adjust for different parts of the body (leg/arm). I use it frequently and owned one of the original ones as well (gave it away when downsizing and immediately regretted it).

I love the R8 Recovery Roller! I work in a pharmacy and I use this after a long day at work. It helps my calves, quads, hamstrings, even my hips. This is a great recovery tool. For anyone who thinks the price is too high, you won't regret purchasing it. I even took it with me on vacation and it just goes to show how travel friendly it is. It truly lives to it's claim and a portable foam roller.
