Sorry. **Q: Would these be good for a teen?** A: Although I didn’t order the blue oven mitt, I ordered the red instead. The oven mitts would be great for a teen. I like them and they are comfortable and super easy to use. I prefer the style instead of standard potholders. The one thing to consider is (and I mean this to anyone) that if ones hands tend to be smaller then the oven mitts may be difficult to use.
