Its innovative twist applicator ensures precise, drip-free application, locking fasteners securely against vibration while protecting threads from corrosion. Ideal for automotive and mechanical use, it offers a reliable medium-strength bond that’s removable with hand tools, combining professional-grade performance with user-friendly convenience. ## Description Permatex Medium Strength Threadlocker Blue Gel Twist Applicator puts the threadlocker where you want it. The gel formula provides 'liquid-reliability' without drips, globs, mess or waste. This all-purpose, medium strength threadlocker is ideal for all nut and bolt applications 1/4 inch to 1 inch (6mm to 25mm) and eliminates the need for stocking expensive lock nuts and lock washers. This will lock and seal while preventing parts from loosening due to vibration, as well as protect threads from corrosion. Removable with hand tools for easy disassembly. Applied as a liquid or gel, threadlockers are superior to conventional lock washers, nylon inserts, and other mechanical devices because they secure the entire fastener assembly against loosening from shock and vibration by filling the space between threaded metal parts, curing to form a tough, adhesive bond and seal. They also seal the threads against leakage, preventing rust and corrosion. ## Features - Causes serious eye damage. - Causes serious eye irritation. - Causes skin irritation. - Harmful if swallowed. - May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. - Suspected of causing cancer. - All-purpose, medium strength threadlocker will lock and seal while preventing parts from loosening due to vibration - Gel Twist Applicator provides accurate dispensing, putting the threadlocker where you want it - Gel formula provides 'liquid-reliability' without drips, globs, mess or waste, allowing for easy overhead and vertical applications - Ideal for all nut and bolt applications 1/4 inch to 1 inch (6mm to 25mm) - Suggested Applications: Valve cover bolts, water pump bolts, oil pan bolts, drive shaft bolts, rocker arm adjustment nuts, carburetor studs ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000HBM564 | | Best Sellers Rank | 558,034 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) 1,521 in Fillers, Adhesives & Sealants | | Brand | Permatex | | Colour | Blue | | Compatible Material | Alloy Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (1,377) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00686226240101 | | Included Components | Permatex 24010 | | Item Dimensions | 17.1 x 8.7 x 1.7 centimetres | | Item Form | Gel | | Item Type Name | Parts | | Item Weight | 0.01 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Permatex | | Manufacturer Part Number | 24010 | | Material | Plastic | | Model Number | 24010 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style Name | Gel - Medium Strength | | UPC | 686226240101 | | Unit Count | 9.9223 gram | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Permatex - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 17.1 x 8.7 x 1.7 centimetres - **Item weight:** 0.01 Pounds - **Material:** Plastic - **Style:** Gel - Medium Strength ## Images ![Permatex 24010 Medium Strength Threadlocker Blue Gel, 10 g Gel Twist Applicator - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81MsmpiVecL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Permatex 24010 Medium Strength Threadlocker Blue Gel, 10 g Gel Twist Applicator - Permatex 27010 High Strength Threadlocker Red Gel Twist, 10 g - Permatex 25210 High Strength Removable Threadlocker Orange Liquid, 10 ml --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/55830966-permatex-24010-medium-strength-threadlocker-blue-gel-10-g-gel](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/55830966-permatex-24010-medium-strength-threadlocker-blue-gel-10-g-gel) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
