This has been so helpful for my training! So many great ideas. I’ve been a runner for a long time but am new to triathlon. The weight training tips, how to design my training and tips are really helpful. I have used it so much I got the journal and the beginner triathlon book as well. The journal is a great companion to the book. If a true beginner the beginner book is a better place to start and he provides a training plan for your training.
