I spray it liberally on the ends of my hair and neckline. I also use it when going to movies. A parent told me about this product. She had girls with long hair and sprayed them every morning before school. She also sprayed their coat collars and the tops of their backpacks since the kids at my school share cubbies where the coats and backpacks are stored. The spray can be used every day at any time of the day. The gel I used after washing my hair. I never tried the shampoo. **Q: Anyone have boys using this product?
