The blades are disposable but not the holder.

Is there 11 needles total?

You get a few of each blade except for the pen tip looking needle - there was only one in my kit. So yes there may be 5 of each of the others and then the one pen single one. I bought two kits so I put all the blades in piles - but I know I only received one of the pointed pen needle.

Just as pictured!

The set came just as pictured. The only problem is there are no measurements on the blades so you have no idea as to how thick or deep they will cut if you are a novice.

Making my day so much easier!

It took me a little bit to figure out how to stabilize a single needle into one of the heads. But I really love this pen because the pen is sturdy. It makes doing a detail work so much easier.
