This safe has hardware and pre-drilled holes so that you can attach to the floor. There are three ways to open it...fingerprint touch pad, numerical keypad and a physical key. The initial set up is easy to perform. There is a special seal around the door that expands during a fire...making it even more fire resistant. I can see the seal, but of course, can't report upon it's effectiveness. Inside and on the door, there is a small net and a row of hooks for keys or whatever you want to put there. I really like the motorized opening of the door...withdrawing those three shiny deadbolts. I especially like the auto lock feature when you close the door.
