It is small enough to look very professional however it is not too small to where you won't see the unique flower design. I do wish It had more of a sparkle to it, however I'm still happy with it. I've worn it now for about a month and a half and I haven't had any irritation. So far no tarnishing from what's visible on the top. It's very comfortable and doesn't pull or move around at all! Some other reviews mentioned tarnishing and if that is the case it is not completely the gold they advertise than this is very overpriced.
