When I see/hear them doing the movement of the mop, it's fairly annoying as it's pretty loud. If water is left in it they will have splattered the floor as they don't have the knack.The mop itself is ok, although it's circular so when you've a skirting board to go around it rotates, it's easy to use however it doesn't do corners.
