In 20-30 minutes gently squeeze the tea bags. Drink 1-2 times daily between meals. Not recommended for children under 12 months.   Important note: before preparing the tea, consult with a pediatric doctor, and unless otherwise indicated by the pediatric doctor, the tea is to be prepared and consumed as instructed. May not be consumed by children allergic to at least one of the ingredients. Drink the tea cooled to body temperature; can be sweetened. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Store in manufacturer’s packaging, in a dry place below 25 ºC.
