Old Skool Sega Saturn Controller

Perfect and exactly what I was looking for! This is a great replica of the original Sega Saturn controller at an affordable price. It looks and feels just like the original one minus the official Sega branding. Now I can play my old games and relive my childhood :)

Excellent replacement at a good price and close the the original

Works well enough but flimsy D-pad that flew off during gameplay but snapped right back into place. Never had a gamepad do that before. If you play any of the Streetfighter vs games, it bugs out with multi button presses and goes into pause menu without pressing start button. That being said, I was able to use it for dozens of hours on rpg games without issue.

I've bought numerous 3rd party controllers for various consoles over the years, and most of them have been fairly mediocre. This Saturn controller however was a pleasant surprise. Apart from the label it looks and feels nearly identical to a standard model 2 controller. Build quality seems good enough for the most part. The only thing I really took issue with is the plug, which is plastic rather than metal and fits maybe a bit too snugly. The face buttons and d-pad are also bit stiffer than the original, but the travel distance feels the same so you'll get used to it quickly. I took a star off because they did cut some corners here and there, but this could have been a whole lot worse for $20. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a decent controller and don't want to play the ebay lottery with 20 year old controllers.

I really like that it feels like an original factory saturn controller..I bought this cause it cost less than a oem saturn controller its a great product!
