I asked what had happened and the customer service rep explained that it wasn't programmed correctly so it deactivated my phone shortly after my one month anniversary date. I asked the rep if he thought this would happen again next month and he assured me that it would not. Only time will tell but if all goes well with this 180 day prepaid card, I will opt for the annual card with 3G Data.
