I ended up gambling on the small knob. Both will work just fine, but I would have picked the large if I’d seen them both in front of me. The large will match the same size as the knob the 5.25 qt. comes with. The small is smaller, but still perfectly functional/ compatible. So I’d go large unless you like the aesthetic of a smaller knob better, or want to save a couple bucks.
