Excellent cooling and Vantage Buy
Excellent product, being a 3 star product, I must say cooling is standout, efficient power management, service is excellent at this price point it's absolutely a vantage product.

AC OK but worst installation service
For installation they charged approx 1800, and then the person also charged approx 2000 extra. When I started to use the AC, water drain problem strated. I reuest amezon customer care to fix it but no positive response. I called lloyed customer care and they chared 1000 again to fix the wrong installation issue. I request every one to not go with amezon installation. their person will not do it correctly and getting issues and they will not take care about it. worst experience. AC is. ok but overall experience it not good so i am giving one star only.

NICE PRODUCT. Installation service by Havells is not satisfactory. Contacting them is hell of a task.

Excellent. Highly recommended
Excellent Air conditioner. Very good at cooling in Ahmedabad's peak summer. I am reviewing it after 20 months of usage. Easy to operate and installation was very efficiently done. It consumption of electricity is very good. Saves cost compared to my previous AC.

Worst customer service of Amazon
Please do not buy products from Amazon. My AC coil developed a leakage, due to which the gas got vaporized. When I contacted the Lloyd service center they asked me to pay for the repair even though my AC is still under warranty. When I requested them to cover the issue under warranty, they informed me that it would not be covered because the product was purchased from Amazon and according to them such purchases are not eligible. I am also trying to reach Amazon customer care but I have been unable to connect so far. Therefore, I would suggest not buying such products from Amazon. It is better to purchase from a local dealer or authorized shop so that warranty claims can be handled more smoothly.
