Review: I approached food like many others - If one star meant 1 pound of weight loss, I would give this book 22.5 stars! First and foremost, I want to let everyone know that I was part of the test group for The Buffer Zone Diet. With that said, I'm certain in four to six months you will be writing a very similar review as this one. This book has changed my life and really taught me how to have a relationship with food. Up until I became part of the test group; I approached food like many others, when I was hungry; I ate not taking into account the time of the day, size of meal or my activity level. ...now I have a healthy relationship with food. I followed the easy to follow guidelines set out by the author and ate what I wanted for the duration of the test group. I was able to lose over 22 pounds while eating pizza, corned beef and sliders. All you have to do is follow your primer and full course meals. We have all heard information or should I say "misinformation" about eating foods. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day? ...is it really? The author breaks down the meaning of breakfast and provides you with the outline to gain your health back. The book is an enjoyable read that I simply could not put down as I had several "ah-ha" moments while reading it. He gives you the formula for your respective gender, height and weight goals. You will not regret this investment in your health!
Review: Get ready to take notes! - I just finished reading this book. The author is a great story teller, to be sure. It was a quick read and very interesting - full of anecdotes and personal stories along with facts and figures to bolster his position. What the author says makes sense and I will try his plan as a result. I gave this book three stars because I found that I needed a pad of paper and a pen with me in order to take notes as to what the plan actually is - the author weaves the essentials of the plan into his stories - there is nothing that lists the basics of the plan nor does this book have clear examples of menus - it's all 'within' the story-telling. If you are looking for a clear, easy to understand plan, you will only get it if you take notes from here and there throughout the book. Also, there are no recipes in this book, so not sure why his FB page makes it seem like there are. Good luck!

I just finished reading this book. The author is a great story teller, to be sure.
