Service can be poor.
This is a replacement order. I ordered it when my first order did not arrive. A refund was requested twice but still nothing received. Product good but service poor. I have contacted them on a number of occasions but still no refund.

Immer noch der gleiche Fehler im WWS
Leider hatte ich vor meiner Bestellung die Kritik nicht gelesen und bin genauso enttäuscht wie alle anderen hier. Statt 4 nur eine Flasche mit 30 ml Inhalt. Die versprochene Ersatzlieferung enthielt ebenso nur eine Flasche. Vielleicht wäre es an der Zeit das Produkt aus dem Programm zu nehmen?

Statt 4er Pack wird nur eine Flasche geliefert
Leider wurde trotz Reklamation wieder nur eine statt der im Titel/Artikelbezeichnung gelieferten 4 Flaschen geliefert. Vermutlich stimmt hier also irgendwas im Warenwirtschaftssystem nicht. Damit ist der Preis natürlich völlig überzogen und nach 2 Reklamationen starte ich keinen neuen Versuch mehr

Schlechte Mengenbeschreibung
Dachte bekomme 4 mal 30 ml , das laut Beschreibung 100 ml 7,84 € entspricht. Aber 16,80 € für eine kleine Flasche von 30 ml ist wirklich komplett überzogen.
