I usually drink matcha green tea and wanted to give this a try for a caffeine free option. I used a handheld electric Frother to eliminate any clumps. 1/2 tsp matcha, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, ice and almond milk. Made a really delicious drink with a nice pretty blue color. Has an earthy taste so the vanilla balanced it out.

So, this is just perfect for Nana when having a tea party with my granddaughter. Blue colored milk for her and Blue Matcha with cream for me. Perfectly wonderful! PS: I have created a couple of tea recipes and a milkshake with this that are fabulous. Buy it and experiment you won’t be sorry or write me and I will send you a couple of recipes.
