Went to their website and found no help there either. I’m getting tired of products arriving from overseas with no instructions. Yes, we know how to use it, and it works fine, but not everyone does. Taking a little stand. So that’s why, at this time, I cannot fully recommend this item to my family, friends and all who read this review. Happy shopping!!
