As someone who spends a lot of time working out, both in the gym and running, dealing with DOMs is always a challenge. Getting this massage gun has been a gamechanger in this aspect for my recovery routine. I use the massage gun before and post-workout to help warm up or target sore muscles, and the results have been incredible. The 6 interchangeable massage heads make it easy to work on different muscle groups, from my quads and hamstrings to my shoulders and calves. With 30 adjustable speed levels, I can customize the intensity to match how sore I’m feeling—lower speeds for lighter relief and higher ones for deep tissue recovery. I also love that the massage gun is actually quite powerful whilst remaining relatively silent. Even at higher speeds it doesn't create a lot of noise and using the bullet head really lets me get into tight, knotted areas giving me a great recovery boost. If you’re a fitness enjoyer and want to speed up your recovery, I can’t recommend the Valano massage gun enough. It’s worth every penny!

Bought this massage gun as current one was very old. This massage gun is fabulous! it has varying speeds and different attachments to target different muscle groups. So far I have used it to help ease the pain of plantar fasciitis, psoas and sciatica pain. Honestly don't know what I would do without it. The gun is not too heavy which is perfect if target area is not the easiest to get to! Battery life is great. I have had my massage gun since January and I have only charged it once. Even with not using it for several weeks at a time, the battery power does not drain away. Big tick for functionality... this gun is just as good as the overpriced ones.

It is sturdy, great quality, makes good massage. Goes with a set of different bits. Good for whole body. Great functionality and easy of use. Long battery life and and you can set up a vibration level which is great. It's a good design as well so no need to hide it actually. I'm happy with this product.

I bought this to ease muscle pains after running and weight exercise. I use a foam roller and was interested to see if one of these massage guns would work. For the price this was worth trying and it hasn't disappointed so far. It feels robust and comes with plenty of different attachments for different areas. The battery stays charged and there is a wide range of intensity. It does provide deep tissue massage and it provides more focused massage than a foam roller. It is easy to operate, but you do need someone else to use it on your back. At this price it is a great alternative to other massage solutions. Recommended.

Good product and highly recommended

Bought in August 2024, now September 25. Zero problems until then with regular use, but last week it started emitting a high pitched squeal while charging, alongside the smell of burning plastic while charging and in 1 attempted subsequent use. So, for £16 it lasted a year, but would recommend avoiding leaving on charge unattended just in case I got lucky! I'm a drummer with some medical difficulties that meant the massager was very helpful for relaxing tension and speeding up recovery after intense playing. A little loud but nothing above what you'd expect for a motorized item. The product is good for the price; comfy to use and can be pretty powerful on max setting. I personally wouldn't buy the same-exact-unit from the brand charging £30 for it, and I can't afford the likely-safer price points, so I think I'm going to buy this one again! (Check back in next year to see if my house has caught fire! :) )

No longer chargers after less than 3 uses. Very disappointing.

This has been a lifesaver for getting out deep knots in my shoulders and legs, the intensity and many attachments are a huge upgrade from past versions of the body massager. I don't have experience with more expensive models, but I'm quite happy with this one as opposed to a $200 version. I've seen comments on poor battery life, but I haven't been bothered by it. Charging after 5-8 uses feels like a fair tradeoff for the power it packs. I only have two minor issues. The button to adjust intensity is digital and easily nudged, but that's not a huge deal. It is also a bit tiring to hold after a while if you have small hands. Overall, I love this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Exceptionally lightweight and smooth plan makes it truly simple to get most pieces of the body. Other massage guns are awkward and would make my arm hurt to hold up for quite a while however I love to use this. I additionally love the 30 different speed forces, you can really feel every continuous increment. 1 is delicate enough for my neck and doesn't give me a migraine like other back rub weapons would, and I just need 15-20 to get profound muscles like lower back and thighs. I've been in non-intrusive treatment for a couple of months and this feels precisely like an expert amongst all the massage guns! This product is not that expensive, it'll fit in your budget and will cure all your muscle pains. Ensure you read the manual and adhere to the charging guidelines before the main use. A major advantage of this massage gun over others was the "THUMB" connection, it feels totally unimaginable on the shoulders!! It's more modest than the round ball connection which makes it truly simple to get tight sensitive areas in the neck and back as well. 100% recommend this groundbreaking product. I use it everyday.
