Nice post box, sent back for something bigger, but I've owned one before. I would recommend filling the post with a mixture of sand and rocks, small gravel from the hardware store. Simple, set in concrete or new age Styrofoam block type stuff. Works great when properly installed

Great mailbox for the money!
Purchased for a neighbor for Christmas. Easy to install. Great standard size, looks nice, very sturdy, door secured shut. Magnetic door is a plus!

Missing Post-Returning. New one came,,, happy & recommend
Final update 2-28-2026 It’s held up fine for a month or so, looks like it’ll be just fine. Followed simple directions Solid, simple mailbox. Held up in 50+ MPH winds just fine Had a PO Box for 5 years, hope the guy who was knocking down mailboxes in town has moved on or found a new hobby,,,,,,, this is nice, solid and set deep with concrete, it would hurt if you tried to take it out with a ball bat! Update; Got replacement,,, remember, it’s a real inexpensive mailbox, but it’s very good for the price. Just put it in deep enough and use cement and it’ll last s long time NOTE. I GOT a dark grayish color,,, it’s a lil hard to see,,, keep the color and its background in mind This looks pretty good for a low end - low cost mailbox. I got tired of paying for a PO Box and having to go to the post office to get my mail/- ESPECIALLY since Amazon started having their stuff mostly actually delivered by the USPS. ( Amazon worked a deal where your package can go through multiple delivery services- like UPS, FedX etc— but actually final delivery is by USPS. ( not very good here ) ANYWAY. Mailbox came, but 1/2 the parts were missing. It looks ok- especially for the price, but now I have the return hassle.

For the price point, it’s a very good product. Easy to assemble and to install. If you just want a basic medium size mailbox that’s easy to handle and easy on the wallet, this is a good one.
