I searched for oat milks that didn't contain these nasty added oils (and defo no added sugars), however I couldn't find any that had that creaminess and could froth up like the Barista versions could. UNTIL I found Plenish Oat Barista - Organic, good quality ingredients with NO added oils or added sugars, AND is a 'Barista' version!!! (The fat from the organic coconut cream is what makes it froth like barista versions). I have been using this product for a few days now and I LOVE IT - it froths up perfectly, it's very creamy, it's got a thick texture (to most watery oat milks), and it's amazing natural ingredients! My search is over, I have found the perfect tasting milk for my hot drinks that I can feel healthy whilst drinking. (fyi, I add a tsp or two of MCT oil to my coffees which has a whole other load of added benefits and makes it even creamier). I have no idea why this milk has received such negative reviews... I'm used to drink ultra processed oat milk like califia, so maybe I prefer an oat milk that doesn't taste like oats? The oats content is tremendous in this product, no oils and no nasties and has a luscious creamy texture, that's all commendable. But the taste is really not great for me so I had to stop buying it at all. Shame.
